Thriveward is a parent-facing homeschool planning platform. Parents, guardians, and adult educators use Thriveward to plan lessons, organize curriculum, track progress, and keep basic homeschool records for the children they teach.

• Parent/account holder name and email address
• Child first name or nickname and grade
• Curriculum information you add
• Lesson plans, schedules, and completion records
• Portfolio entries, work samples, and uploaded files
• Information entered into AI-assisted features, where applicable
• Basic technical and usage information needed to operate the service

• To provide homeschool planning and organization features
• To save your lessons, schedules, curriculum, progress, and portfolio information
• To provide AI-assisted features where applicable
• To maintain, support, and improve the service

Thriveward accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and adult educators. Children are not intended to create independent Thriveward accounts. Parents manage child learning profiles from their own adult account, and decide what child information is entered.

Thriveward uses third-party service providers as necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, file storage, and AI processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the service.

We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, including access rules that keep each account's children, curricula, records, and uploads private to that account. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legitimate business or legal obligations.

Account holders may request access to their account information or ask us to delete their account and the information associated with it. Email hello@mythriveward.com to request:

• Deletion of your account
• Deletion of information associated with your account
• Help with a privacy concern

Deleted records cannot be recovered.
