Thriveward is a homeschool planning and organizational tool. It helps parents plan lessons, organize curriculum, track progress, and keep basic records. Thriveward is not a school or an accredited educational institution, and it does not provide legal advice.
Thriveward accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and adult educators age 18 or older. Children should not independently create Thriveward accounts. Child learning profiles are created and managed by the adult account holder.
Homeschool laws and requirements may change. State homeschool information shown in Thriveward is for general informational purposes only.
You remain responsible for confirming current homeschool requirements with official state sources, homeschool associations, local authorities, or qualified professionals, and for maintaining any official homeschool records you are legally required to keep.
AI-generated lesson ideas, explanations, schedules, or recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your family.
Thriveward is currently in private beta. Features, functionality, records, and availability may change as we improve the platform. Please keep your own official homeschool records during the beta.
Beta access is limited, personal, and granted to you individually. You may not share your login or otherwise give others access to the private beta.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly post, scrape, or commercially exploit Thriveward's original beta content without written permission. This applies to Thriveward's own content, presentation, software, organization, graphics, branding, generated materials, and other proprietary beta materials.
This does not apply to publicly available homeschool laws, regulations, statutes, or government information — Thriveward does not claim ownership of those. Thriveward provides informational guidance only and is not legal advice.
You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Please do not attempt to access other people's accounts, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use Thriveward in a way that harms others.
Thriveward and its name, design, and software are owned by Thriveward. You keep ownership of the child profiles, notes, work samples, and portfolio content you add, and you grant Thriveward permission to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
We aim to keep Thriveward available, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued, particularly during the private beta.
Thriveward is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or compliance with any state's homeschool requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriveward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost records, or reliance on information or AI output provided through the service.
You may stop using Thriveward and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we cannot continue to support during the beta.
