Terms of Service

Last updated: 8/14/2026

Using Thriveward

Thriveward helps parents plan and record homeschool lessons for Pre-K through 5th grade. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the plans and records the app produces.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Basic records, not legal compliance

Thriveward offers basic homeschool records to help you stay organized. It does not guarantee compliance with any specific state's homeschool laws or reporting requirements. You remain responsible for meeting your state's requirements.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the child profiles, notes, work samples, and portfolio content you add. You grant Thriveward permission to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to access other people's accounts, disrupt the service, or upload content that violates the rights of others.

Changes

We may update these terms as Thriveward evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
